Are you searching for the FUOYE school fees for freshers 2026/2027? This article provides the latest available information on Federal University Oye-Ekiti (FUOYE) school fees for newly admitted students, acceptance fee, sundry charges, accommodation fees, payment procedure, and other important expenses that freshers should know before resuming.
The Federal University Oye-Ekiti, popularly known as FUOYE, is a federal university located in Ekiti State, Nigeria. The university admits students into a wide range of undergraduate programmes across different faculties.
For the 2026/2027 academic session, prospective and newly admitted students should be particularly careful when checking school-fee information online because amounts may differ according to faculty and programme.
The official FUOYE undergraduate portal currently provides separate payment categories for freshers in different academic areas, including Arts, Social Sciences, Management Sciences and Education; Science, Science Education and Agriculture; Anatomy and Physiology; Medicine and Surgery; Environmental Design and Management and Engineering; Communication and Media Studies, Computing and Information Engineering; and Law, Nursing, Medical Laboratory Science, Radiology and Pharmacy.
However, the detailed fee schedule currently available on the official registration page is labelled 2025/2026 Registration Procedure and Payment Instructions. Therefore, the figures in this article that are specifically identified as 2025/2026 should be regarded as the latest detailed official reference available, not automatically as the final 2026/2027 fees.
FUOYE School Fees for Freshers 2026/2027

The latest detailed undergraduate fee information published on the official FUOYE registration portal lists the following fresher sundry fees for the previous 2025/2026 session:

These are the officially listed 2025/2026 fresher sundry fees, not a confirmed 2026/2027 fee schedule.
This distinction is important because FUOYE does not use one identical sundry-fee amount for every programme.
How Much Is FUOYE School Fees for Freshers?

FUOYE School Fees for 100 Level Freshers
Fresh 100-level students may have charges that do not apply in exactly the same way to returning students.

The portal lists the General Studies fee for freshers and 200-level students as ₦1,500 and the GST textbook fee for freshers as ₦9,000 in the detailed 2025/2026 schedule.
Students should therefore check their individual invoice rather than assuming that the main sundry fee is the only amount payable.

Prospective Nursing students should pay attention to the fact that FUOYE places the Department of Nursing in the ₦290,000 fresher sundry-fee category in the detailed 2025/2026 official schedule.
However, that amount is specifically the previous-session sundry fee and should not be described as the confirmed total school fee for 2026/2027.
The applicable acceptance fee was listed separately under the ₦100,000 category for Basic Medical Sciences, Law, Medicine and Pharmacy.

Is FUOYE Acceptance Fee the Same as School Fees?
No.
The acceptance fee is a payment associated with accepting an admission offer, while the sundry or school-related charges cover different student and university services.
For example, the previous FUOYE schedule listed ₦80,000, ₦90,000 or ₦100,000 acceptance fees depending on the programme category, while fresher sundry fees ranged from ₦190,000 to ₦390,000 depending on the faculty or programme.
Therefore, students should not assume that paying the acceptance fee means all school charges have been settled.
FUOYE Admission Screening Fee
The admission screening fee is another payment that should be distinguished from school fees.
The detailed FUOYE registration information lists an admission screening fee of ₦2,000.
This payment relates to the admission screening/application process and should not be confused with the fees payable after admission.
How to Pay FUOYE School Fees
FUOYE uses its official online payment system for approved payments.
The university’s current CASAPS platform states that students should use the Central Payment System for approved portal payments and should not begin from unofficial links. It also provides admission-status and student-account services.

How Freshers Can Check Their FUOYE Fee Invoice
After admission, students should log into the official FUOYE portal and check the Pay Bills section.
The university’s registration instructions tell admitted candidates to proceed to the portal and pay the dues stated under the “Pay Bills” section.
This is important because the portal-generated bill is more useful for determining what a particular student needs to pay than a general figure published on a third-party website.

The current FUOYE CASAPS portal is already displaying 2026/2027 academic-session applications for several programmes and provides a central platform for applications, admission status and approved payments.
The portal also warns users not to start from unofficial links and directs applicants to use the university’s configured payment system.
For newly admitted students, this means that the official portal should be the first place to check for the current 2026/2027 payment instructions.
